Newcastle is the village at the east end of our territory, with a heritage main street on King Avenue, older homes on deep lots and newer subdivisions between the village and the Port of Newcastle on the lake.

Village lots in Newcastle are among the easiest deliveries we do: level, deep, often with a driveway to a rear garage and room for a seven seater plus a sauna. The newer streets toward the harbour are compact new builds with tight gates, fresh sod and a lake wind that comes straight up from the water, so cover straps and placement out of the wind matter. North of the 401 the properties turn rural quickly, with wells and long drives.
